Since coming onto the “race shirt scene” a few years ago, Impact RaceGear has heard from many people in regards to our quality and attention to detail. They want to know what we do differently compared to other companies in the market today. We’ve been asked the question many times; “What makes Impact RaceGear great”? Obviously, we can’t release some of the top-secret, high security level, information that makes our race shirts look so good. However, we would like for potential clients to understand that it could be the simple fact that we are willing to go the extra mile. We just simply try harder to make sure that all of our clients have something they can be proud of. Here are some of the things we go through to insure every race shirt meets our high standards:
Controlled Production Variables for Race Shirts
Along with having the proper equipment for the job, you must be able to accurately setup and use that equipment. Sounds a lot like a race car, huh? Our race shirts are printed using top-notch screen printing equipment. The key word being “screen”. If you don’t have good screens, you won’t have a good print. It’s just that simple. It’s kind of like in racing when you make a poor tire selection or have a worn out tire. If your tires are bad, it doesn’t matter how good your engine is or how well you have your chassis setup, it’s not going to work out. We strive everyday to control every aspect of our screen making. After that, it’s important to understand your equipment setup and be absolutely sure to use the best ink and shirt for the job.
Attention to Detail
When it comes to the subject of “attention to detail”, we have a simple theory to just pay attention. At Impact RaceGear we pay attention to all aspects of our race shirts before and after they are ready to ship to a client. We make sure that things like color, shading, placement on the shirt, and many other details are correct. We also pay attention to our clients when they place an order and offer input. We print race shirts for many types of auto racing including dirt late model, dirt modified, winged sprint cars, midgets, big block modifieds, hobby stocks, and much more. The fact that we do print for so many types of race cars means we have to pay attention. Attention to the details involved with each car are important to each individual client. It doesn’t matter if a client races a series such as the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series or World of Outlaws, or race locally at their home track on Saturday night, we give every client the same attention to detail.
We Are Racers Too
One of the most unique aspects about Impact RaceGear is that we are racers too. This means our company gets to relate to racers from both angles. We are able to understand the needs of our clients because we have the same needs as racers. Lets face it, a company’s viewpoint on a racers needs isn’t necessarily what the true needs of the racer really are. At Impact RaceGear we know that when a client invests money into a race shirt order they need to get something back. Whether the racer is selling race shirts to make profit, trying to market their team, helping gain exposure for sponsors, or a combination of all of these, something should be gained. It’s our job at Impact RaceGear to supply a product capable of maximizing these returns. Part of our philosophy is that we will work to EARN new clients and trust from existing clients through quality products and excellent service. Too many companies in the racing industry think clients should be earned on a company’s name.
Because we are a racing company, we are stuck in the “racer paradigm”. We don’t feel this is a bad thing. Even though it is important to have good equipment and resources to race, it’s not just having the best equipment that will make you successful. It’s a matter of knowing what you are doing and willingness to work hard that wins. Are we the biggest race shirt company in the market? No. Do we print the most race shirts? No. Are we the most expensive race shirt company? No. Are we the cheapest race shirt company? No. Are we quickly gaining market share from the largest companies in the market? Yes we are!
